Deliveries and returns
I- Delivery:
We offer home delivery anywhere in Morocco within 1-3 business days.
You will be contacted by one of our delivery drivers before they arrive at your home.
The best part? Our delivery drivers will meet you wherever and whenever you want.
The product received does not match what you requested? Or does the product have a quality or printing defect?
OUTLOUD apologizes for this inconvenience and offers you a FREE/NO-CHARGE exchange.
However, the claim must be made within one week of the day the order was received.
II- Exchange policy:
Did you order the wrong design or size? Or do you just want to exchange the product for another one? No problem. Exchanges are possible as long as the item is unused.
Exchange procedure:
The claim must be made within one week from the day of receipt of the order.
Our delivery drivers will contact you to deliver the new case and collect the one you are replacing.
The exchange fee is 65dh and is borne by the customer.
Return policy :
Changed your mind and want to return your product? No problem. You can return the product and we'll offer you a full refund as long as the item is unused.
Return procedure:
The claim must be made within 4 weeks from the day of receipt of the order.
You must package the product and ship it back to our premises (please contact us to provide you with the address).
Don't want to worry about reshipping? No problem. We can handle it for you. The shipping fee is 65 dirhams and is paid by the customer.
Once the product is received and checked by our team (to ensure that the product is in good condition), the refund will be made by transfer to your bank account. (Fees related to the return of the product are not refundable)
